Manet & Morisot is the first major museum exhibition devoted to the formative friendship and artistic exchange between Édouard Manet and Berthe Morisot, the only female founding member of the Impressionist group. Presented through closely paired works, the show reframes Morisot not as a muse, but as an equal whose evolving style deeply influenced Manet and helped shape the course of modern art.
