The exhibition features custom lamps\, looped rugs\, wall-art turned-lighting\, fiber-wrapped coffee tables\, wall weavings\, ceramic dishware\, and more\, alongside solo installations by artists Juan Aguilera and Lauren Dare. \nEvent Dates\, Hours\, & Recap \nHome Show is on view at Creative Growth (Oakland) from May 8–June 27\, 2026. \n*The gallery is open Wednesday–Saturday from 10:00 p.m.–4:00p.m. \n  \nCreative Growth’s Beyond Trend Fashion Show | May 30\, 2026\n\nEvent Details\nCreative Growth Art Center’s annual Beyond Trend Fashion Show takes place May 30\, 2026 at Ciel Creative Space with an evening celebrating wearable art created and modeled by artists from the pioneering Oakland nonprofit supporting artists with disabilities. \nCo-hosted by Kim Hastreiter and MAC Modern Appealing Clothing\, this year’s event honors Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Magazine art critic Jerry Saltz and Matthew Higgs\, the influential artist\, curator\, and longtime leader of New York’s legendary experimental art space White Columns. \nThe beloved Bay Area fundraiser features runway presentations\, DJed soundscapes\, drag performances\, a fashion and art pop-up shop\, and community celebration\, with a special performance by Fantastic Negrito. \nTicket options include VIP Gala tickets ($600)\, General Admission ($250\, including cocktail reception and seated runway-show admission)\, and a Runway Livestream available with a suggested $35 donation.
